We Are NOT
a Committee!

It has been said that many committees are the long, dark alleyways into which the best of ideas are lured and there quietly and slowly strangled to death.

If you choose to join us you are not being asked to come to every meeting. Come as often or as little as you like! You will not be asked to do anything you don’t want to do, or to add something to your workload that doesn’t bring you alive. Just being there, when you are, is enough. You never know when a small connection, an insight, a resource might come to light that wouldn’t have if you hadn’t been there.

Some of us will feel drawn give something we want to give and that’s what will make this all work. It’s those things we each bring and choose to take on out of our own interest and enthusiasm that will provide the energy source for moving forward.

If you are a planner, builder, communicator, connector, ambassador, community member, researcher, property owner, have lived experience with homelessness or precarious housing, are a leader or a listener, all are welcome. When we get in the room together, good things will happen.

Also free to invite folks you feel would like to be part of making tiny homes happen.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact Jocelyn Birkes at jocelynbirkes@clbrant.com or (519) 758-5394 ext. 204.

We look forward to seeing you!
