ViBrant ARC (Art Reconnecting Community) presents the

Salon ARC Series

What is a salon?  It is a gathering of curious people, exploring artful ideas, nurturing culture and encouraging conversation.

WHEN: Friday March 24, 2023

TIME: 7 pm to 9 pm, doors open at 6:30 pm

WHERE:  Glenhyrst Art Gallery, 20 Ava Road,  Coach House

WHO:  Anca Gaston, photographer

Anca Gaston has been passionate about photography since her teens, spending her spare time capturing wildlife and the night sky through the camera lens.

Her favourite areas for photographing wildlife are found around the Grand River in Brant.  She is the winner of several photography awards including the Grand River Parks and Waterways and the  Canadian Wildlife Federation photo contests. She has had her work published by the Arthur R. Marshall Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge as well as Ontario Parks. Anca also publishes and sells an annual photo calendar, prints, and donates her work to help raise funds for local charities.

Anca will be have prints and greeting cards for sale and accepts cash, etransfer, credit and debit.

Anca has generously donated a set of 3 photographic greetings cards for our ViBrant ARC door prize. Each $1 cash donation will give you the chance to have your number drawn to win the prize. All donations go towards funding ViBrant ARC programs such as the Salon ARC series as well as future community-building projects.

Please consider joining our group for our monthly visioning/brainstorming/planning sessions held the 3rd Thursday of the month, 5pm to 6 pm at the Brantford Public Library, 3rd floor meeting room.
