About the event
Jason White was born and raised in Scarborough, Ontario and now resides in Brantford. His artwork has been featured in Toronto Life Magazine and reproduced into tattoos, photographs, t-shirts and coffee mugs. He has been involved in wall-sized murals and illustrated 2 children's books. Jason is a member of ViBrant ARC, volunteers with Belonging Brant and guides a program called Arts Space, a free, all ages, monthly drop-in program at the Brantford Public Library. He is currently working on a colouring book. Jason will have artwork for sale (cash or personal cheque) and is willing to discuss any private commission work.
SALON ARC (Art Reconnecting Community) is presented by ViBrant ARC and supported by Belonging Brant and Glenhyrst. Our first salon was launched on Friday November 25, 2022. We will continue to host this event on the 4th FRIDAY of each month (no salon in December). It is our intent to highlight the artistic and cultural talent that resides in our community of Brantford, Brant County and Six Nations of the Grand River. ViBrant ARC will be grateful for donations of cash or cheque to help us stay curious, exploring, nurturing and encouraging our community.
Arrive early on Friday January 27, 2023 as this is a FIRST COME, FIRST SEATED event, maximum 50 guests. The Coach House is fully accessible and FREE parking is available.
Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
